Umphakathi pull up your socks

This is my fourth time buying at at new McDonald's at Umphakathi Mall and the service is so so poor you send on average 35min in the drive thru and that time its not even full, you can be the 7th car from the receiving window and its still takes 35 min for you to get your food, the service is not what we have come to expect from such a huge brand. Today they close the doors at 8:20 however some people were let in and some were turned back, this is disappointing.
