Umlazi MegaCity Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Inaccurate Operating Hours

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience at your McDonald's Umlazi Mega City location on 30/06/2024, which I found to be very disappointing.

Firstly, your website clearly states that the restaurant operates until 22:00, yet the staff always chases customers out at 20:00. This misinformation caused significant inconvenience and disrupted our plans for the evening. I suggest updating the website or displaying the correct operating hours by the door to avoid such confusion in the future.

Additionally, when we received our meal, we discovered that it was served without lettuce and straws. The staff did not inform us of this shortage, and we only realized it when we began eating. This lack of communication and incomplete service is unacceptable for a brand of McDonald's stature.

Finally, I was very disappointed to find that the restrooms were barricaded with chairs and closed off to customers as early as 18:30. This is highly inconvenient and unacceptable, as access to restrooms is a basic necessity, especially in a dining establishment.

I hope you can understand the frustration and inconvenience caused by these issues. I kindly request that you address these concerns and ensure such incidents do not happen in the future. I would appreciate a response regarding how you plan to rectify these problems.
