Ultra Slow

I Went to McDonald's last night at around 7:00pm, ordered 3 cheeseburgers, a coke, fries and a water, this took 15 minutes (I queued inside the store). I could understand (maybe) if it was busy but there were only about 4 other customers. When the food finally arrived it was also cold, so had not just been cooked - so where was it and why did it take so long to deliver? These guys must go to Europe or the States to see what real fast food is. They surely can't think that they provide a good service.... can they? I didn't complain to anyone as it wouldn't sink in.
