Uber eats order gone wrong. My child had nothing to eat

I ordered a happy meal for my youngest child yesterday on uber eats and stated that no sauce is no be added to the burger, when the happy meal arrived there was sauce on the burger. She is allergic to sauce so this was a waste of my time and money. This is not the first time this has happened. We then had to make a plan to give her something else to eat because she could not eat it. I'm very disappointed!!!
