Uber Eats and McDonald's Woodmead

Placed an order on the 29th September 2023 from McDonald's Woodmead and the driver went to an incorrect delivery address and I never received my order. I reported it and was told that I'm not eligible for any refund. I sent proof of the chats I had with the driver saying he's lost and is not fami**** with the Uber App but I'm told I won't get my money back.. I even sent screenshots of the address on the order yet the driver still went elsewhere! I need my money back
