Uber eats and McDonald's diepkloof - Disgrace.

We live in Bosmont (west rand) johannesburg, and we ordered McDonald's off Uber eats. Uber eats is supposed to collect the order from the nearest McDonald's to my location ( which is florida McDonald's ) instead they collected from diepkloof soweto. The chips were stale and ice cold, the Coke was so flat it was like drinking cola flavored juice. I didn't even eat this food. I can't,. We all know you cannot eat cold or a day old McDonald's it's like eating plastic, you have to have it fresh. I am so upset , I was starving and still am. I'm reporting uber eats for doing their own thing and not using their logic. And McDonald's for this horrible cold plastic and flat juice coke. I thought McDonald's was on top of all their franchises. This is unacceptable. I'm going to report it everywhere. I can just imagine who got cold stale food today.
