Uber Delivery Partner

Payment option was strictly CASH, driver accepted the order. When he came he said 'HE DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH" Yet he accepted a cash upon payment order. Whose problem is that?

He refused the cash, later credited the R99. Now i am unable to order because they strictly removed that cash option.
