Tseho at McDonald's was my first bad service experience

It was the first time ever I received bad service at McDonald's. Its never happened before and today was the first. Tsepho M crew ID 22 from Northgate McDonald's did not greet me at the drive through order station, instead waited for me to say Hello to check if there was anyone there. He then sighed an exasperated sigh when I changed my drink from Coke to Passion fruit (how dare I change my mind) I got to the window to pay and he did not even look at me to greet. He then made me wait a further 2 minutes while he took the order of the car behind me without even telling me how much I owed (it didn't show up on the screen at the order station). He then proceeded to give me the pos machine to tap my card still not even looking at me, then tore off the slip and handed to me all while looking straight ahead without taking anyone else's order. I asked him what his name was and he ignored me. I asked him again. He ignored me. I then looked at my slip and saw that his name was Tsepho. I said Tsepho, then he said "yes". I said..."Thank you" and left...got to the next window and then was greeted by the usual friendly service I am use to at McDonald's.
