Truly disappointed in the level of unprofessional behaviour

I am truly disappointed with the service at Mc Donalds Polokwane, by Savannah. Firstly they are a 24hour service, so today before 5 I arrived there, saw the drive through is blocked off, saw a staff member at the window and asked whether they are open or closed, the gentleman looked at me... didn't sign or answer at all...just went hiding behind the wall. This is completely ridiculous. Wouldn't have taken much of his time just to say why they are closed.... being a 24 hour service.
