treating and talking to ppl like trash!!!

<p>U know I'm not one to complain about service I receive from most places...but I was disgusted by the lack of respect and kindness shown by some lady named Precious (if that's even her real name) Macdonalds Benoni yesterday. Never in my whole life have i experienced such rudeness and disregard for a customer from someone that's supposedly the "manager" of the franchise. I was with the kids, my cousin and her husband...none of us could blv our ears wen ordering in the drive through...she did not even feel any remorse wen we confronted her to face...wen we said we'd complain to management she said in a very spiteful tone " yimi imanager la".<br />Guess the point I'm trying to make is how do we, as black ppl expect other races to respect us wen we don't even respect each other? I really didn't want to pull the race card, but had I been a different colour, I can bet my life she wudnt have been as rude! She's angry at the fact that shes as old as she is and working Macdonalds while young black girls drive through and she is forced to assist coz it's her job...so she took her frustrations out on us yesterday not knowing there are kids in the car...I told her I would take this further and she "dared" me to! So if anyone knows who the franchise owner of @Macdonalds Benoni is plz help me out coz if I don't do something about it now...she won't stop treating and talking to ppl like trash!!!</p>
