Training to be provided for Driver’s etiquette.

On the 16th of March 2019 I placed an order via my Mc Donald’s app to be delivered to me. Upon arrival the driver was rude telling me next time I should put a proper address and mind you this is not the first time I order via the app from the Braamfontein Mc Donald’s. He then tells me I’m a rude manner that he has no change and I told him unfortunately I want my change. That’s when I called Mc donalds on their hotline. Which put me through to Braam where explained the situation and they said they will send him to come bring my change, while the driver was shouting things I don’t know what he was saying and drove off. I waited till today I still don’t have my change whether or not it’s R1 it’s my money at the end of the day and it’s change I wouldn’t even give to the driver to keep because of his foul mouth. I am still waiting on my change. Service I normally get is great but this is below par. Drivers name is Zacharia.
