Training required

What's the point of using the drive thru when you need to get out the car for an employees mistake? So we go to McDonald's drive thru coz they decided to close the doors earlier than normal, order 2 large meals, this woman, Simnikiwe confirms the order, we move to the next window and pay. We get to the pickup window and get told that the order says medium meals, the manager, Sibulelo, tells us we need to pay the extra, that's not a problem,we were going to pay the full amount for the order anyway. Then because we paying with a card,we need to get out the car and walk back you the payment window, it's storming BTW, and we need to go make the payment there, refusing to attempt anything in order to help us with something his staff caused. We decide that we don't wna get sick walking in the rain, so take the meals and leave. Get home,chips is old, with no salt. Clearly the McDonald's staff requires training on how to take orders, customer service, cook fresh chips and add salt
