Train your staff McDonalds

Unfortunately the staff at the drive through are multitasking so much that when you drive up to their window to pay, you waiting for them to take other peoples orders. Then you get the McDonalds app which basically advertised a promo of chicken tenders as the same price as they are and the staff at the drive through are so confused, they call the Supervisor. Why are they not trained about the app? Instead they leave you with "I don't know" and you must go instore to order. Lunch time is limited thats why we choose drive through. What an inconvenience
