Traffic fine on Mc Donalds parking

<p>I parked my car at Mc Donalds Table View, Bayside Center. Got in to Mc Donalds Restaurant to buy me fries and when I came out a traffic cop or police woman (dont know what her title was) wrote a traffice fine. I mean what is this? Does Mc Donalds fine their customers now on their property? Does Mc Donalds install the traffic police on their premises to write out tickets? Cant believe it really! I´ll rather stay away from now onwards</p>
