Trading hours 8am for 8:30am

Macdonald's Greenacres Trading hours 8am The restaurant doors were open no staff to be found when standing at the front counter for a few min the staff member greeted me as I asked if they were operational as the self help counters were out of service. The staff member asked the manger and then said they not open yet I must wait a few minutes, I then asked if I can sit by the table she said I was to wait outside then the manager said they opening 8:30am. Customer service is at it's all time low. Very disappointed and off putting.
