TOTALLY UNCCEPTABLE AND DISGUSTING

<br> I have a complaint about mac donalds florida so many times I have gone there and dissapointed each time im very angry <br> A DRIVE THRU IS MEANT TO BE A DRIVE THRU not a ten mins wait until you get to the drive thru and always I have to remind them to give the kids toys when I buy kiddies meals they are unprofressional and no care attitude I have gone to loads of mac donalds as my kids love mac donalds and there is not this problem elsewhere and also same inside with the ques staff chatting away but the ques is so long and they are so slow its like a circus there I really hate florida mac donalds it's the worse one dealing with clients and waiting for your food they more playing around then doing their job!!!! I have now had enough this has been every single time I have gone there and now HAD ENOUGH!!! <br> THEN YOU SEND AN EMAIL TO COMPLAIN TO HEAD OFFICE THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO REPLY .... I NEED TO COMPLAIN TO A HIGHER PARTY OFHEAD OFFICE JOHANNESBURG ...DOES ANYONE KNOW WHO THAT IS ....???
