Totally Disgusting Service.

I visited McDonald's drive thru at Promenade Mall, Mitchells Plain on Sunday the 2nd February with my 2 year old daughter. I placed my order at 14:10. After 50 minutes of waiting for our food. I requested a refund from one of the workers. The employee then took my receipt and went to make my order. I recieved my order after 15:00. What was frustrating was that no one explained to the customers what the delay was. The manager was missing.
