Totally disgusted with MrD and McDonald's.!

On Thursday 23 Sept. My daughter placed an order with McDonalds through their app @ 17.38. We waited for approx 2 1/5 - 3 Hours for the delivery. Everytime I called the Milnerton branch, this girl kept on terminating the call. They did not have the decency to call to say they are running late!! When I realized how long it was, as the children were hungry, I phoned Mr D to place another order, realizing these people are not going to meet my needs. The original order I placed on McDonald's app delivery only pitched up at 20H10, I had then cancelled that order as I already placed another order with Mr D. When Mr D arrived, with the order from Montague Gardens, this order was cold and dry, like they just reheated the food. Because the children were hungry, I gave it to them to eat. I went to Mc Montague Gardens the morning to complain, they told me to contact Mr D as they were in control of this. This guy Mihle, gave me such attitude as to why I dint take pics of the meal. Everytime a different person answered my email with more excuses as to why I dint take pictures. Why would I take pictures when the children are hungry at 20H45. I gave them the food to eat!! It is the 1st and last timei use Mr D. This is not the 1st time I have problems with Mr D. I suggest no one actually uses their deliveries as they just dont care of your wellbeing. They just dont listen and think they can get away with this. Food is expensive and month end you feel you want to at least treat your family especially during this pandemic. They are disgusting it's all about making money for themselves. They refuse to refund my money!! But I will never use them again!!!!
