Totally disappointed in McDonald's observatory

To whom it may concern

I am utterly disgusted at the way I was dealt with by observatory McDonald's.

I have been waiting for more then 3 hrs for my food to be delivered and the manager is not able to assist me. Secondly your driver has no people s****s and actually spoke about me to his colleagues while I was on the line waiting to speak to a manager.

This is the 3rd time this happens!

I have never experienced this before
