Total disregard for customer satisfaction

On the 17th of December I stopped at a McDonalds drive-thru, on Nelson Mandela drive. I ordered a vegetarian burger, amongst other things, which the staff incorrectly billed as a chicken burger. When I was about to pay I noticed the error and requested a veggie burger to the response that it was not possible. I asked for the manager and he indicated that I should pay for the burger and eat it as it is already made. I found this to be pathetic and showed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I told him to please cancel the order and that I will never come to this McDonalds again. He rep**** saying that it's okay we don't need customers like me. Talk about service with a smile.
