Total customer disregard.

McDonald's in Groblersdal. Went in at 09.30 and ordered 3 boerie hashbrown stacks with 2 coffees and orange juice to take out. After waiting 20 minutes I asked a guy at the counter whats going on? "We'll call ur number just now". After another 10 minutes (I've now been waiting 30 minutes) the girl who served us took our order receipt and I complained "people who ordered after me have got their food and left already". She checked and started calling my order, They hadnt even started my food after half an hour of waiting!! They gave me my drinks. After another 10 minutes she gave me my food, The order was incomplete. She gave me 2 stacks not 3! So i gave her the bag back and after another 10 minutes she came back with the complete order. What an absolute farce!! By this time my coffee was cold. 50 minutes to get 3 breakfast buns. Fast food.....What a joke. No appologies for taking forever well actually they just didnt bother to do my order!, no appology for getting the order wrong, no offer of a replacement hot coffee ... NOTHING! Complete disregard for the customer. Disgusting treatment.
