It is very scarce that big brands in RSA give great service and feedback.i actually complianed on the Mcdonalds website and all I ever wanted was for the store to fix the growing problem of untidy burgers because I eat with my eyes first.I was called within a day of lodging the complaint and the lady Sboniswa gave me such a great experience talking to her.Really top stuff Mcdees
