Took our money and canceled our order

We placed an order online with McDonald's and paid it with credit card.

I was tracking our order online and saw after some time it was canceled.

I called the call Centre number and they advised we are out of range for the MacDonalds close to us but they will refund us.

To date we still haven't received our refund bac****
