Took money with NO delivery. *****!

Order online, they sent message order cancelled. 2 hours later they phone to say they ready to deliver. We then told them you cancelled 2 hours ago so we would like a refund. They promised a refund but now refuse to give back. R150 to McDonald’s for nothing but poor service.
