Tomato Source Shortage

Dear Reader,

I went to the Mcdonalds in Kempton Park and was very disappointed at the level of customer service at the drive true.

Every second week I spoil myself with a Mega Mac ****in, large fries and a hot beverage ( depending on what I feel for that morning.

None the less, I ordered my meal,went to pay the window and all was ok up to that point.

I went to collect my meal and there was two packets of catch along with my meal, I then requested another two packets catch up due to it beign a large fries and is dry to just consume as is.

The lady at the window smiled and said " I can't give you more catch up" - I was like "where is the sign that stipulates this? " as I mentioned to her the fries requires at least two more packets of catch up..... At this point I was very upset and drove home to throw catch up over my large Fries.

Please advise where are the signs at any McDonald's stipulating a customer is limited to amount of tomato source sachets?

I am still really upset at this incident.

The one morning I found a hair on my mega mac ****in and my partner demanded I report it...but I mean really if they don't take my shortage of tomato source serious what will take that serious.
