told by manager I won't give her orders

We went to mc donalds with our 7 year old boy. 1st a old lady walked in screaming at my fiance, nothing was done by management. We got up then moved to another table so then another fight accrued were a bravo male told us we don't ficken know who he is he will shoot us dead eventually everybody got involved and the staff took the guy that wants to shoot us side.... I asked for my mom ey back coz I don't wanna eat by a place we're my family life get threaten and nothing gets done about it Maureen the manager then refused to refund me or call her supervisor and told me I won't give her orders..... and this people is how mc donalds treat their customers nice
