Toilets not working and no toilet paper

hi there <br> <br> id like to have the state of the Bellville Mcdonalds be investigated , not only was the loo in a very bad state , but the taps was broken in the female toilets and no toilet paper available ? , staff was arrogant when reprimanded regarding the toilets and i will definitely not use this mcdonalds in a hurry
