To Date - No FEEDBACK

To date still no feedback even though i paid for my breakfast in full and only got half the orders ---- This was weeks ago - Mcdonalds just dont seem to care -- Its not about the order but about the service and quiet frankly id say there is NO service... What can be done to change the customer experience - In my opinion nothing cause its 2 weeks and i still have no feedback --- My money was good enough and due to no change the delivery person scored R8 more than her should have and now no word from the manager or anyone...
