TIRED OF THIS KIND OF SERVICE FROM MC DONALDS!!!!

I am a regular customer .. even though I have continuous disgusting experiences ...

I live in durban north so the closest Mac Donald's to me is the only one that delivers to me.

I ordered a week or two ago... I ordered chicken and was delivered beef I complained about it ... and had to wait a whole hour for them to bring me the correct delivery and I return the wrong one..

When they re-deliver my food .. I see it is the wrong order all over again I mean how does this even happen? Does nobody actually care about the work they are doing?

I have then ordered on multiple occasions jalapeño sauce for R4,50 and they don't ever ever ever ever give it to you but they take your money ..

And then it's like why go back and complain over R4.50 but they keep doing it... it is frustrating that the level of service has gotten to pathetic..

Something needs to he done... about the Mc Donald's Redhill

Wrong orders all the time .. we paying for items and not getting them ..
