Time consumer

Mc Donald's Florida North is the worst. Ordered food had to wait about 30 minutes for my food, while food was visibly being packed in the kitchen and taken to the drive through. Requested for the manager, but she refused to come while other patrons were waiting for over an hour. When I requested a refund she came out giving my food.
