Thumbs down for MacDonald's Amanzimtoti

We bought MacDonald's on the 2/01/2019. We where in the drive through. We ordered 5 medium big Mac's meals. Upon ordering we where told they don't have any soda but we can have iced tea or Stoney lite. We proceeded to the pickup point,collected our order and asked about no sodas been available. We where informed that the shop had no water. Once we left we only noticed that we had been charged for the iced teas and lost the sodas without even an apology. We then phoned MacDonald's head office as no water in a fast food establishment means no way to wash your hands after using the bathrooms never mind been overcharged and no relish on the burgers. We where told they would investigate. A lady from the toti branch phoned yesterday and said mentioned that they might have to send the person for retraining and they will be investigating it further and the people responsible will be dealt with. We don't expect a meal voucher but they could have said here is a ice cream voucher. We will definitely not be supporting that store again and maybe even MacDonald's as they need to learn that the customer pita bread and butter on the table for them. With service like that I'll rather spend my money elsewhere as my hubby wasn't impressed at all with the service and how the complaint was dealt with. A big thumbs down to MacDonald's this time round after many years of support from us.
