Three hour delivery food wait

Today, 30 August 2017, i placed an online order on the mcdonalds website at 12. It was supposed to arrive at 2pm. 2pm came and I called the Bellville mcdonalds to get told they never received my order and I should call the call centre. I called the call centre and she advised she will call someone to find out. 2:30pm came and I called as no one called me back. The agent advised she sorted it out and my food had already left the mcdonalds. I called back to Bellville and they advised no one called. They then told me that its coming from Tyger Manor Mcdonalds and she will find out. Its now 3pm and I still havent received my food and the tracking on the website side I did. I sat most of my day waiting on my food from two mcdonalds which are both less than 10 wins away. Im getting so angry because I already paid by card!!!!!
