Threats of Strangeling a client

A fellow colleague of mine ordered on line from McDonald's Craighall. After an hour we tried to contact them to find out where the order is, and we had to give them the address again seeing as they had the wrong one even after we gave them the correct one. We were told that they are short staffed and that the driver has left with 3 orders. Eventually he got lost and we struggled to get a hold of the driver seeing as his phone was off. When he arrived he told my one Colleague \Where's Yolandi"and when she said it's her he said \""I'm going to strangle you. I AM GOING TO STRANGLE YOU!\"". I am sorry but this is insane behavior and he needs to be fired! That is flippen unacceptable. This lady is extremely upset and the guy didn't even deliver the full delivery after it's paid in full. I'm at a loss for words and really hope that you'll sort out your staff!!"""
