This McDonalds ***** will never eat McDonalds again!!!!

On Friday morning (24/01/2020 @ 00:30) we stopped at McDonalds Woodlands for something to eat. We ordered our food and paid for it with a card at the first window, they said we could go to the next window to collect our food. Our uber driver drove to the next window. In a black language they instructed our driver to reverse back 3meters (now standing between the two windows), we only realized that he was said to go back when he started reversing, when asked why he was doing that he told us that he was told to do so by the staff working inside. (There were no other cars in the drive through que) I got out of the car and walked back to the window where we were supposed to get our food. I asked why they wanted us to go back but could not give me an answer, they were all just standing there laughing at us. Why would they want us to stand between the two windows where we could not see what was going on inside the shop where they were making our food! This seemed extremely suspicious. I asked them to reverse the transaction, but they said that it is not possible.I asked to speak to the manager, hoping she could tell me why the wanted us to reverse a few meters, but she had the same attitude towards us. Still laughing and provoking us we decided to rather just leave as we do not know what they had done to our food. We left there with no food and no refund. McDonalds will never see me again. I want an explanation!!!
