This McDonald's is a disgrace to the name!!!!

If ever there were a representative of this popular restaurant on the internet looking to improve, I hope u see this... I am just tired of being asked to wait in the parking area for my meals every single time, yes u heard right. Firstly I am an immense admirer of McDonald's and a very regular customer, but not to this branch anymore. Never have I ever, as advertised, received fresh lettuce on my Chicken Deluxe, at other branches yes with delight but never this one, in the 4years I have lived here. It might seem petty, but really it's pathetic. Of course the service after putting in a complaint about serving me old food I wouldn't even serve myself nevertheless pay for it. <br> The second and probably most annoying factoid on this branch is there incapability to have your meal ready at the drive-thru pick-up window. You are only then asked to wait in the parking lot for your ONE burger and maybe fries(which usually come stiff as it were yesterday's). The service in general is just poor, I don't ever recall being served by a friendly face nor the \manager"handling a situation satisfactory.
