This is the second time and never again

Good day, <br> <br> I am not sure who is responsible for this but this is the second time that I order from McDonalds Durbanville and have received the incorrect orders and paid full price and the high delivery fee.<br> The first time it was a huge order, one persons order was not delivered in the office and all beverages were creamsoda when all should have been coke.<br> The second time, two orders were made and only one person received their order.<br> I don't know who is at fault here, Mcdonalds or Mr Delivery.<br> Why were we sent creamsoda?<br>
