This is NOT a Cappuccino!

I have patronised your establishment pretty much every day for the past few years. My usual morning order is two standard cappuccinos at the drive through. This past month, both my husband and I have returned home (a 4 minute drive from your establishment) every single trip to find that the cappuccinos we ordered were in fact coffees ... lattes at best. You say that 'the machine is broken', and that you'll 'make it at the McCafe', however, your staff have done this in the past, and we have indeed received proper cappuccinos. We have consistantly been paying for and receiving, 'lattes' (milky coffee with zero foam). I'm not a complainer, I'm really not, but could someone please either be honest about the fact that a) all of the machines are broken or b) none of the current staff know how to make a proper cappuccino, as I refuse to continue paying a hefty price for milky coffee which I could have made myself at home ...
