Thinly Sliced Burgers - Poor Service -Broken Equip

After months, we decided to treat the fam to some Chocolate Sundays to end the weekend 28/02/16. We went to the drive-thru @ the Parow branch @ about 18:00 decided to also purchase the Share Box. Concerns - 1)There was no ice cream available. This particular stores ice cream machine is most times out of order. 2)We were asked to wait in the parking Why ? There were hardly any customers in the store and @ the drive thru. No meals were issued for 3 customers in succession and the one who was already parked before me 3)Stale cold fries - We patiently waited for the meal to arrive only to find out that the fries were cold. I thought we were waiting for fresh food.4), I was completely shocked at the size of the burger patties sold. This patty on the Bic Mac burger was so thinly sliced 1,5mm burger patties. Determined to not go without Sundays we went to another store. N1 City. I went inside. It took15min to make 4 Sundays. MCDONADS. PEOPLE HAVE VERY LITTLE TIME & MONEY TO SPEND WITH THEIR FAMILIES. YOU HAVE DESTROYED THE LITTLE JOY I WAS SEEKING . I do not wish to interact with a Franchisee as they smooth things over. Plse share internally to remedy the poor Service & Food
