Thinking twice to give my son's party at McDonald's

I phoned 4 different McDonald's branches in Cape Town and not one branch answered there phone. I phoned Promenade, Ottery, Observatory and CBD branches. Do they have a policy that they not allowed to answer the phone because if they do then why do they have a phone number advertised on Google. I wanted to book a party for my son for the 27 Jan, but if his is the service that I received now already then what still about the actual serving. I'm very disappointed.
