Thieving practices

Asked to upsize my breakfast coffee... Special for R39.90... Total is R54.50, sure, go ahead... Arrive at pick-up, no upsize... The person tells me I did not ask for an upsize, because she would have told me they "only have small coffee"... Not my first rodeo at McD's, so I went inside to speak to the manager, totally clueless... I'm out of pocket and got free gaslighting, just wat you want from a restaurant!
