They took my money and refused to give me the food I paid for

I ordered food online on the Mcdeivery website. After I paid for the food, I did not get an order number. After waiting for more than an hour for the food to arrive, I called the helpline. Sibongile Tshabalala answered the phone and she told me that she can see that I have paid for the food BUT if I want the food I should place another order and pay for the food again. She then further explain that I need to give her my credit card details so that she can submit documents to process my refund, which will take 7days... I told her I need the food, and if they can see that I have paid for the food cant you genetrate a voucher for me and use the money that I have paid to pay for my food and the answer was no. In other words, I was told, if you are poor and you do not have other money to pay, you and your family can go and starve
