They got my order VERY wrong.

So I went to McDonald’s at my local mall, and I ordered 2 medium Big Mac meals which did not have any lettuce on both burgers, also no tomatoes on both burgers, and no gherkins on the one burger even though there was only an exclusion on the other burger. I was also missing a medium side of chips. I messaged McDonald’s they said they called me but I never received any calls. This was through a drive through. I eventually went in to see what TF was going on, and they were busy. I get that they cannot get every order right, but wow! I wonder if they even try. I heard an older man complaining to someone at the side. I guess that it is a location based problem.
