THERE WAS NOTHING INCLUDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>Wanted to buy the BorrieBreakfast meal, but there was no BorrieBeakfast I asked if there was any substitutions Malebo the cashier that was on duty said no there’s nothing, In cases like this the cashier responsible apologies and offers an alternative since what i wanted as the customer was not available.</p> <p>Fine we order something else, and get told that there is no coffee lids? again there was no alternative like orange Juice offered by the cashier, so what other choice where we given to leave after standing in a long que for 15 min because there was only one cashier on duty which is the rude Malebo. I even asked that we get cold drink lids for our coffee just to get a meal and leave. I don’t understand how McDonalds work in this regard.</p>
