There is no word to describe mc donalds disappointing service including head of management

Bought a family share box a while back mike from head office phoned and said i will get contacted again by him personally to come into the store to rate the service with my family . Lost his number 2 store managers later and still no way to for me to get response from them (mike) and the new branch manager who promised the sun and the moon this will be sorted and still no feedback . Bought a family meal box yet again tonight the nuggets is so dry as @&$#% the sauce i asked for was jelapino and bbq and received chilly soya something i dont even use. great service mc donalds monovani brenda not responding at any means and then i dont even want to mention mike who is in a regenal position that just disappear like a blok of ice ,wish they could train there staff to take correct orders, prepare meals according to standard , if this is the case how is the hygiene practices in there environment just a thing to conceder as of there service we get from them really dissapointed
