Theme Park Ticket Never Redeemed

Good day. I went to McDonald's on Saturday 2 May and bought a meal and was given promotional Theme Park ticket. Apparently I had won this ticket and I followed the instructions on the ticket which basically entailed calling a given number then someone would call me back within 36 hours. <br> <br> Someone called me back the following Thursday and took my email address, explaining that they would send me a form to fill in.<br> <br> Till today, I have not received anything from McDonald's and I am totally unhappy about this because I had gotten excited for winning something for the first time in my life but nothing came of it. Can someone check what is going on?<br> <br> Thank you
