The worst service ever

On Saturday the 29th of September i went to Macdonald in Ghandi square to grab a bite. First and foremost the store was not packed at all, but we waited close to 30min just to get served because there was one till open. Then when got to the till the young gentleman who assisted us said he didn't have change, so we informed him that he must make a plan because we had been waiting in the queue for a very long time. Then he told us that there was no cold drink as the machine was not working. So they let us stand in the queue for 30min plus so they can inform us about all the things going wrong. I believe that if the store had such issues the manager should have been actively involved in informing customers what is going on. Instead she was concerned about counting money at the back(whatever that means). That is the worst service i have ever received at a Macdonald store. The manager was not bothered about the time we spent in the queue or that the till had no change she was acting like she was doing us a favour, her people s****s need to be improved.
