The worst customer service ever

Good day

Got to Alex Mall at 07:05 this morning, and the place was not open I called the shop and the phone was answered by Margaret Nkuna ( Store Manager as she represented herself )who rudely answered the phone , and told me I must wait she will come open the door, later after 7 min she came with an attitude telling us that he colleague is late and there’s nothing she can do people always late for ( that’s a manager talking ) and then told her as a manager she can not tell that to customer she need to call her staff into order, she then told me not to come to the shop to spoil her day and that I must **** off and the way she was it’s like she was ready me, and was stopped by the security guy and another customer who was in the shop with us and also her colleague.

This does not mean if the shop is in Alexandra customer must be disrespected this way.

She does not have telephone etiquette She does not have customer service
