The staff service to the customers is bad

The staff service to the customers is bad. When ordering, they don't give full information about the orders. For instance, they will only ask if you want a medium or large meal forgetting to also ask if we want regular meals. They sell only medium and large, they make us think that there are no regular meals. In other instances, they don't even ask which meal we want. I bought a Grand chicken spicy burger meal, I don't know the sizes but they didn't ask me which meal I wanted instead they sold me a large meal without my knowledge and consultation. I once bought a chicken foldover meal whereby when I got home and opened it, the patty was half inside the foldover.
