The service is pathetic

Hi there.<br> I visit McDonald's on the regular as it is the only food outlet around the area where I am employed.<br> Most mornings, I feel for a \Big Breakfast\" but contemplate this, almost in agony. The ladies at this branch have the worst attitude ever.<br> <br> This morning, I was running late due to the rain but decided that i needed to get my usual on my way to work. On entering, I found about (4) four other patrons there already waiting, there are (2) till but only (1) cashier working. I was already annoyed as I still had to wait to order and the people who were already standing in the queue were complaining under their breath. I called the manager and asked how it was that only (1) cashier was available and thus, reprimanded her and her the \"this was not on\".<br> On leaving the premises, I went behind the pillar to slot my raincoat cap over my head so the staff were not able to see me yet one of them mimicked me in repeating \"this is not on\" ad so I re-itterated, yes, \"it is not on and i will show you guys how.<br> They were all laughing and I am really upset because they are disrespectful youngsters who do not appreciate their jobs. Action must be taken urgently!!!"
