The rude so called Manager

I went to McDonald Alex Mall. I spoke to Kenny the manager on Thursday, I had a complain and he told me to go to Alex Mall McDonald's to collect my meal there. I went today and Kenny was not there. Kenny told me to call any manager on duty they will give me my meal. They called the manager one lady came and called another manager. The other manager was very rude and I explained the whole story that I spoke to Kenny and she walked away from me. She was back chatting to me and told me that she will show me. She then started gossiping about me in the kitchen thinking that I'm gone and I heard everything that she was saying and she called me names infront of the customers. What a bad experiences that I came across at McDonalds Alex Mall. Teach your staff customer service. I asked the lady her name and she was not wearing a name tag and she just walked away. This is the 5th time I'm getting an awful serive from McDonalds Alex Mall managers. I'm not gonna come back.
